Regional maslikhats in Kazakhstan have allocated 9.5 billion tenge for subsidizing priority agricultural crops, including sugar beet, in 2025. This subsidization is determined by the local executive body based on research organization conclusions. Since 2019, over 22 billion tenge has been allocated from the local budget of the regions to subsidize sugar beet cultivation. The Ministry of Agriculture indicated that there are plans to revise the indicative indicators within the roadmap due to the high beet harvest.
