In 2023, Poland's dairy exports saw a 9% decrease from the previous year, valued at EUR 3.28 billion, while dairy imports also decreased by 5% to EUR 68 billion. Despite a 13% decrease from 2022, the trade balance remained positive at EUR 1.60 billion. The majority of these exports were to EU countries, particularly Germany, while 33% were to non-EU countries, with Great Britain being the largest recipient. Cheese and cottage cheese exports generated the most revenue.
