REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- President Director of Bulog Ahmad Rizal Ramdhani said that the policy of purchasing rice at Rp6,500 per kilogram regardless of quality will continue until 2026 as a form of protection for farmers and strengthening of rice absorption nationwide. Rizal said that the policy is in line with the instructions of President Prabowo Subianto and has been discussed with Bulog's board of directors as well as reported to the Minister of Agriculture and Head of the National Food Agency Andi Amran Sulaiman and the Coordinating Minister for Food Zulkifli Hasan. "So we have already discussed it. It will indeed remain any quality. What is the purpose of any quality?
