The wheat is being transported and stored in silos in Kabul and other provinces, with plans to store 17,000 tons in Kabul's central silo. The government has allocated one billion afghani from the leader's decree for the purchase of wheat from 11 provinces, and the stored wheat is regularly inspected for any potential pest infestations.
