Egypt's agricultural exports experienced a 10% increase in value and a 7.5% increase in quantity during the first 10 months of the 2021/2022 export season, reaching $2.21 billion and 3.971 million tons respectively. Arab countries were the largest importers, accounting for 33% of the export value. Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas also contributed to the demand. Citrus, fresh potato, and fresh onion were the leading exports. Russia, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates were among the top importers.
