Agriculture will not trigger the withdrawal of olive oil for the 2025/2026 campaign

The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPA) will not order the withdrawal of olive oil for the 2025/26 campaign as the threshold for its activation has not been reached, according to the resolution published in the Official State Gazette (BOE). The text from the Directorate General for Agricultural Production and Markets determines that "it is not necessary to establish a percentage of olive oil withdrawal for the 2025/26 campaign," as the established threshold has not ultimately been reached. And remember that the activation criterion is defined in article 4 of Order APA/1192/2025, of October 27, which establishes the marketing standard for olive oil for the 2025/2026 campaign.
