INTERFAX.RU - The potential for the export of fish caviar from the Russian Federation to the world market is estimated at more than 2 thousand tons per year, reports the Agroexport center under the Ministry of Agriculture. “Taking into account the growing global demand for caviar, as well as the reorientation of Russian exports to promising markets and ensuring appropriate production volumes, supplies of caviar to foreign markets may exceed 2 thousand tons ($35 million),” the center’s review says.
