A project titled 'Innovative technological solutions in the production of quail eggs' is being executed in Bulgaria, funded by the RDP 2014-2020, with Green Living Farm EOOD overseeing. The project, aimed at addressing the seasonal market issues of quail eggs through the process of lyophilization, is a collaboration between a scientific institute and a farmer. The goal is to create a new, innovative product that can be stored for a longer period, solving the problem of egg discard during off-season. The project also focuses on enhancing cooperation between farmers and research institutes, developing agricultural production, and increasing farm productivity.
