In Luxembourg, the use of milk robs in farming has seen a significant increase, with 44.5% of MPR cows now being milked by robots, up from 28.2% five years ago. The number of MPR farms has dropped below 500, but the average number of cows per farm has increased, leading to a rise in milk production per cow. The cow with the highest lifetime production, Dolchdaughter Lanoya, produced 161,974 kg of milk. Pascal Vaessen's cows have the highest average lifespan before disposal of any farm in Luxembourg.
