The Assis Brasil State Park of Exhibitions, in Esteio, has already received around 800 small animals – chickens and rabbits – for the 48th Expointer, which opens its doors this Saturday (30/8). To ensure the sanitary safety and well-being of the animals, as well as the protection of the public, 125 employees from the Department of Animal Health Surveillance and Defense, including veterinarians, animal scientists, and agricultural technicians, have been working since Sunday (24) on the sanitary admission and zootechnical control of the specimens.
