The number of recruits is 7 to 11 people, and they can lease farmland of 0.25 to 1 hectares for 5 to 10 years.
The lease fee is 10% of the unit area's agricultural income per household in South Chungcheong, and after the lease period ends, they can also purchase the farmland.
Young farmers who wish to lease the land can apply by visiting the Smart Farm Integrated Control and Management Building at the agricultural technology center from November 10 to 21.
There are no restrictions on the place of residence when applying, but they must move to Dangjin before the contract is concluded.

An official from the center said, "We aim to provide stable opportunities for starting a farm to young farmers who are having difficulties securing farmland" and "By leasing farmland based on a smart farm with water supply facilities and geothermal energy utilization facilities, they can start farming economically and stably."
