Apurímac: Happy Chickens Fair will be held on October 8 in Coyllurqi

The Economic Development Management of the District Municipality of Coyllurqi, Cotabambas province, Apurímac region, invites the general public to participate in the Happy Chickens Fair, which will take place on October 8.

The fair is part of the project "Improvement of productive capacities in the breeding of laying hens for commercialization and improvement of nutrition in the communities of Acpitan, Yadquirí, and Sijahui," an initiative that seeks to strengthen food security and generate economic opportunities for families in the area.

As a prelude to the event, a demonstrative training session on the preparation of chicken-based dishes was held. The session took place at the Yachay Wasi premises in the community of Acpitan and had the active participation of the producers, who reinforced their knowledge and skills to add greater value to their production.
