Argentina extends tax breaks for wheat exports but excludes soybeans and corn

Argentina will extend tax breaks for wheat and barley exports until March next year, Economy Minister Luis Caputo said on Tuesday, while ruling out additional breaks for other key crops, Reuters reported. Farmers and export companies have been pushing for the extension of the break, but Caputo said it would not apply to soybeans, corn, sunflowers, sorghum or their derivatives.
