The Argentine agricultural campaign 2025/26 will require an estimated investment of 13,915 million dollars considering agro-inputs and sowing and spraying costs. This is indicated by an evaluation carried out by the technical team of the Rosario Stock Exchange based on the projected area of 37.8 million hectares of wheat, barley, sunflower, corn, soybean, and sorghum in the new campaign. The estimate is partial because, in addition to not considering harvesting and grain marketing costs, it also does not include expenditures related to land leases or the appreciation of the opportunity cost of land; regarding the latter item, it would be necessary to consider an additional investment of no less than 6,000 million dollars.
