Corn harvesting has commenced in Argentina, with only 5% of the planned area harvested as of March 22, which is behind last year's progress of 10% and the average of the last 5 years, which was 13%. Despite some improvement, 58% of crops are still in poor or very poor condition, a decrease from 60% a week prior. However, 36% are satisfactory, with 6% considered good or excellent.
