Around 10,000 farmers and livestock breeders from the Region of Murcia can now submit the Single Application for the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) corresponding to the 2026 campaign. This is the procedure that will allow them to access the aid provided under the European agricultural policy. The Regional Minister of Water, Agriculture, Livestock, and Fisheries, Sara Rubira, indicated that these aids are very necessary for the regional agricultural sector. "From the regional government, we will continue working to ensure that these aids are not reduced in the future. Many farmers and livestock breeders depend on them for fair compensation for their work, and the future CAP must have a sufficient budget and cannot be reduced," added the minister.
