At the APEC Leaders' Dinner held in Gyeongju, Gyeongbuk, on October 31, 'Tiger Yuja Makgeolli (pictured)' was served as the toast beverage.
'Tiger Yuja Makgeolli' from Bae Hye-jeong's Do-ga is a traditional liquor made with domestic rice and yuja. It features improved nuruk developed by Do-ga and is naturally fermented without artificial sweeteners. It is praised for its smooth body and distinct, rich yuja aroma.
This liquor won first place in the cloudy liquor category at the 'APEC Leaders' Dinner Toast Beverage Contest' hosted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs in September. It is also known for its high quality, having received the grand prize in the cloudy liquor category at the '2025 Republic of Korea Our Liquor Appraisal' as well.
