At the agricultural school in Las Flores, Buenos Aires, they are aiming higher. Amid the children's enthusiasm, the teachers' knowledge, and the help of producers and livestock agents, they are transforming a general breeding herd into an Angus stud farm. Esteban Mendigochea is leading the project. He is responsible for the breeding livestock section at Agricultural Secondary Education School 1 in that Buenos Aires district. At the recent Angus Autumn Week, the school received recognition from the Argentine Angus Association, and the students received their respective diplomas.
