Ayacucho producers completed shipment of over 50 tons of turmeric to Europe

With the technical support of the Special Development Project of the Valley of the Rivers Apurímac, Ene, and Mantaro (Provraem), producers from the districts of Sivia, Ayna, San Francisco, and Santa Rosa (Ayacucho) completed the shipment of over 50 tons of turmeric to the Netherlands and Germany. This commercial transaction consolidates the progress achieved in the promotion of sustainable and highly profitable alternative crops for the farmers of the Valley of the Rivers Apurímac, Ene, and Mantaro (Vraem). The producers actively participated in all stages of the production process, from harvesting to final packaging.
