Greece: Bacterial blight is on the rise in Macedonian apple orchards

Central and Western Macedonia are experiencing severe bacterial blight infestations, according to the Regional Center for Plant Protection of Thessaloniki. The center has urged farmers and producers to conduct regular checks and implement necessary cultivation measures from the onset of flowering until the beginning of summer to contain the spread of the disease.
