Bahia's livestock industry is undergoing a transformation that is catching the attention of all of Brazil. The state is already the seventh-largest cattle herd in the country and has seen the presence of young animals in slaughterhouses jump to 60% of slaughters. This is a direct reflection of investments in nutrition, genetics, animal welfare, and intensive fattening strategies. Watch the video below and check it out.
