Bakers had a more profitable week compared to pasta makers

In the Electronic Product Certificate (ELÜS) market of the Turkey Product Specialization Exchange (TÜRİB), bread wheat's ton increased by 550 lira compared to the previous week, while durum wheat decreased by 600 lira. In the ELÜS market where agricultural products are traded, the weekly price development for barley, wheat, and corn was announced. In the week of June 16-20, bread wheat opened at 13 lira and the weekly transaction average was 12,730 lira. The average for this product in the period of June 10-13 had been 12,160 lira. The average increase for this product was 550 lira. For durum wheat, the weekly transaction average of 13,560 lira in the period of June 10-13 declined by 600 lira to 12,960 lira in the week of June 16-20.
