Argentina: Beef exports increased almost 12% in November

(NAP) Last November, beef exports showed a recovery of 11.9 percent compared to the same month in 2022, with the placement of 58,700 tons of product weight in the external market. The volume exported in the eleventh month was 18.4 percent, 9,117 tons above certified sales in October and 6,229 tons higher than those registered in November 2022. Total beef exports were equivalent to 81. 2 thousand tons of beef with bone (tn r/c/h) in November 2023. In relation to October they were 17.8% higher (+12,243 tn r/c/h), but compared to November 2022 they were similar (- 0.3%; -275 tn r/c/h). Sales to China amounted to 47.5 thousand tons pp of beef last November, exceeding those of November 2022 by 10.2% (+4,404 tons pp). Germany was the second destination, with 2,227 tn pp, and Chile was third, with 1,806 tn pp. Then came the USA (1,354 tn pp), the Netherlands (1,279 tn pp) and Israel (1,048 tn pp).
