Late today, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food announced the start of accepting applications for support under the intervention "Investments in Agricultural Holdings Aimed at Protecting Environmental Components," funded by the Strategic Plan for the Development of Agriculture and Rural Areas 2023-2027. The budget amounts to 165,558,650.77 leva (84,648,794.00 euros), of which 124,168,988.08 leva (63,486,595.50 euros) for investments entirely directed towards sensitive sectors. The projects will be for the creation of permanent plantations, including nurseries, in a biological manner; construction/repair/reconstruction and equipping of livestock facilities for raising animals in a biological manner; as well as for the reproduction and maintenance of the gene pool - raising and breeding of animals from local (autochthonous) breeds.
