The Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Belarus has increased the maximum minimum price for the export of skimmed milk powder to Algeria to USD 2.2/kg, up from USD 2.05/kg. The ministry has also raised the minimum export prices for cheeses, butter, and whole milk powder supplied to Russia. The minimum export price for butter with a fat content of 80% or more has been increased from RUB 710 to RUB 760/kg, and for butter with a fat content of 72% to 80% from RUB 640 to RUB 690/kg. The minimum export prices for various types of cheeses have also been increased. Milk and cream, condensed, in powder, granules or in other solid forms, with a fat content of more than 1.5 wt. %, without added sugar or other sweeteners cannot be sold to Russia for less than 400 Russian rubles/kg.
