However, exports of uncondensed milk and cream have seen a decrease of 21.8%, with Russia accounting for 87% of these exports. On the other hand, exports of powdered and condensed milk and cream have seen a increase of 6.4%, with China becoming the second largest market for milk powder. Whey exports have also seen an increase, with China becoming the main buyer. Butter exports have also increased by 15.8%, with Russia being the largest buyer.
