Belarus will provide itself with flour for the baking industry

Belarusian enterprises of the baking industry will be fully provided with raw materials, despite the weather conditions affecting grain production. This was stated at a press conference by Deputy Head of the Main Department of Processing Industry of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Belarus Irina Barantsevich. “Our bakeries will be fully supplied with Belarusian flour. There can be no doubt about this,” the representative of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food noted. She also drew attention to the fact that "now there are various technological methods that allow, based on the quality of grain, which depends on weather conditions, to obtain products of the required quality."
