Belarusian dairy industry to be re-equipped with Italian equipment

Re-equipping the Belarusian dairy industry with equipment from Italian manufacturers is included in the list of promising areas of cooperation between Belarus and Italy in agriculture. This was stated by the Director General of the Scientific and Practical Center for Food of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus (NASB) Alexei Meleshchenya during the II Belarusian-Italian Round Table in the Field of Milk Processing Technologies and Dairy Production, which is being held on September 10-13, 2024 at the NASB. Meleshchenya said that the first item on the list of promising areas of cooperation is equipping new livestock farms (1-2 thousand dairy cows) with modern Italian equipment for cooling milk and preparing feed.
