Turkey: Bodrum Municipality will support tangerine producers

Bodrum Municipality will purchase Bodrum tangerines from mandarin producers within the district borders in order to support the production of geographically indicated Bodrum tangerines and to support local producers. In order to support the producer and protect Bodrum tangerines, 50 thousand kilograms of Bodrum tangerines will be purchased from producers by the Bodrum Municipality Agricultural Services Directorate. In the application to be implemented, a maximum purchase quota of 500 kilograms has been determined for each producer.
