REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- The President Director of Bulog, Ahmad Rizal Ramdhani, provided details on the suspected illegal cargo secured by authorities at the Port of Sengkuang, Batam, Riau Islands. He stated that the goods entered through three ships operating in the waters around the city. Rizal explained that the total smuggled goods included 40.4 tons of rice, 4.5 tons of granulated sugar, 2.4 tons of cooking oil, 900 liters of milk, 600 kilograms of wheat flour, 240 units of perfume, 360 units of imported noodles, and 30 cases of frozen food. All of these findings were from operations conducted by the Batam Military Command.
