Rizal explained that the total smuggled goods included 40.4 tons of rice, 4.5 tons of granulated sugar, 2.4 tons of cooking oil, 900 liters of milk, 600 kilograms of wheat flour, 240 units of perfume, 360 units of imported noodles, and 30 cases of frozen food.
