A study funded by USAID and the Swedish government has found that Bosnia's fruit and vegetable exports increased slightly in 2019, reaching 7.4 million BAM (almost 3.8 million euros). The analysis, which covered the period 2015-2019, noted a rise in exports to Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro, and Croatia. The five leading exports were frozen raspberries, pears, apples, pickles, and plums. Additionally, the export of medicinal plants, forest fruits, and honey saw a 246% increase in 2019, with exports to 46 markets worldwide, predominantly the EU (83%).
