Brazil and Angola Advance in Partnership to Expand Agricultural Production and Combat Hunger

The Minister of Agriculture and Livestock of Brazil, Carlos Fávaro, and the Minister of Agriculture and Forests of Angola, Isaac dos Anjos, met again this Wednesday (4th) to discuss the next steps of the Brazil-Angola Productive Agricultural Investment Program. The videoconference meeting continues the meeting held at the end of May between Presidents Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva and João Lourenço. The proposal focuses on integrating Brazilian tropical agriculture into Angolan territory, with the aim of increasing food production and promoting food and nutritional security in both countries.
