Brazil breaks record in fruit exports in 2023

Brazil exported more than US$1.2 billion in fruit in 2023, an increase of 26.73% compared to the previous year. The volume exported also increased, reaching 1.06 million tons, 6% growth. Mango was the most exported fruit, with 266 thousand tons, followed by melon, with 228 thousand tons, and avocado, with 105 thousand tons.
