An Indian delegation visited the Agronelli Group in Uberaba, Brazil, marking a significant development in Brazil-India agricultural relations. Organized by ApexBrasil, ABCZ, and the Ministry of Agriculture, the visit aimed to explore innovative technologies and sustainable practices in Brazil, with a strong focus on bovine genetics and A2A2 milk production. The delegation was particularly interested in Brazilian genetics to boost the productivity of Indian dairy herds. The visit coincided with the signing of two International Animal Health Certificates, expanding the conditions for the export of bovine and buffalo semen, bovine embryos, and bone derivatives for gelatin production. The Indian delegation is touring Brazil until December 17 to strengthen technical exchanges and identify cooperation projects in agribusiness.
