The Brazilian Angus Association is hosting a meeting for producers on October 30 to discuss the latest developments of the Certified Angus Beef Program. The meeting will focus on the global trend of Beef on Dairy crossbreeding, where dairy cows are crossed with Angus bulls to produce high-quality meat for the premium market. The event will feature presentations from experts and representatives of genetic improvement centers, as well as a field day to observe the production of Beef on Dairy in practice. The Certified Angus Beef Program, which has been in operation for 21 years, encourages breeders to invest in genetic improvement, quality, standardization, and sustainability, and has expanded to 41 countries.
