The Brazilian Beef Project, in collaboration with ApexBrasil, showcased Brazilian beef at a fair in the United Arab Emirates, with 21 companies including Astra, Barra Mansa, Beauvallet, Better Beef, and others. Visitors sampled the beef, appreciating its flavor and quality. In the previous year, over 15% of Brazilian beef exports, amounting to more than 330 thousand tons and revenues of USD 1.3 billion, were to Muslim-majority countries. The fair generated over USD 122 million in business, with expectations to exceed USD 1.1 billion in the next year.
