Brazilian coffees export the equivalent of 3.6 million 60kg bags in February 2024

Brazilian Coffee exports in February 2024 were equivalent to 3.6 million 60kg bags, a volume that represents a significant increase of 49% compared to February 2023. Exports of Arabica coffee (Coffea arabica ) was responsible for 77.4% of the total volume, reaching 2.8 million bags. And the species Coffea canephora (conilon and robusta coffee), with 570.3 thousand bags, reached a 15.8% share, while soluble coffee represented 6.8% of the total, with 247 thousand bags exported. The foreign exchange revenue generated from the sales of Cafés do Brasil in February 2024 was US$757.3 million, an increase of 47.2% compared to the same month last year. The average price of a bag was U$208.85, 1.1% lower than that practiced in February 2023.
