Brazilian sugar exports reach 880.39 thousand tons in the first 6 days of December

Brazil's performance in sugar and molasses exports remains robust in the first six working days of December, totaling 880.39 thousand tons, according to data released by the Foreign Trade Secretariat (Secex) this Monday (11). Accumulated revenue reached US$472.76 million. Compared to the previous month, in which exports from the sugar-energy sector reached 3.684 million tons, the current trend appears promising. In the same period of December 2022, with 22 working days, exports totaled 2.20 million tons, generating accumulated revenue of US$953.95 million.
