Dairy and pork exporters have participated in Food and Hospitality China (FHC), a major Asian food and beverage trade show, in alignment with the International Trade Week, led by the DBT. The event was aimed at connecting exporters with Chinese consumers, highlighted by the growing demand for red meat and dairy products in Asia, driven by its large population and increasing middle-class wealth. This participation is part of a broader strategy by the AHDB to expand its export footprint, following its successful debut at the Gulfood Manufacturing food ingredient show earlier in November.
