These days, Britos Hermanos celebrates 30 years of history. What began as a small family business dedicated to potato cultivation in San José has become one of the country's leading producers, with an integrated structure that spans from planting to delivering the final product to supermarket shelves. "We started with 20 or 25 hectares of potatoes, all for fresh consumption," recalled Federico Britos, the second generation at the helm of the company. "My grandfather took the first steps, but it was my father and my uncles who formally founded the company three decades ago. Since then, potatoes have become the main product and one of the pillars that remains to this day," he expressed in an interview with Hablemos de Agro, from Canal 10.
