REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, TANJUNG PRIOK -- The President Director of Perum Bulog, Ahmad Rizal Ramdhani, conveyed that the distribution of rice for the disaster-affected areas in Sumatra has reached 49 thousand tons. He explained that the available stock provides a quick response when contingency situations arise and the community needs food assistance. He explained that the government's rice stock is in a safe condition and can be quickly mobilized. According to him, the readiness of the supply is the main support to ensure that aid does not get stuck when land access is disrupted. "What has been distributed now totals 49,000 tons from the government to three provinces," said Rizal in Jakarta, Friday (5/12/2025).
