He explained that the available stock provides a quick response when contingency situations arise and the community needs food assistance. He explained that the government's rice stock is in a safe condition and can be quickly mobilized. According to him, the readiness of the supply is the main support to ensure that aid does not get stuck when land access is disrupted.
