REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA – Perum Bulog is preparing an additional warehouse with a capacity of two million tons to absorb the rice harvest at the beginning of 2026. This step is taken to ensure the availability of safe storage space during the main harvest season, as revealed by the President Director of Perum Bulog, Ahmad Rizal Ramdhani, during a press conference in Jakarta on Friday. This additional warehouse is designed to accommodate the harvest from February to April, thereby ensuring the sale and quality of rice are maintained. A modern and measured logistics management system is key in handling this.
