Buyeo County Shiitake Mushroom Farms Enhance Competitiveness through Practical Consulting

Buyeo County is actively pursuing on-site, in-depth training focused on visiting excellent farms and field diagnostics to improve shiitake mushroom cultivation techniques and enhance farm competitiveness. The county conducted the '3rd Advanced On-site Training for Shiitake Mushroom Research Association' for 40 research association members last month on the 29th. This training was directly carried out by visiting outstanding farms in Guam and Guryong districts, with Forest Mushroom Research Institute Director Noh Jong-hyun participating as the instructor. He provided customized consulting centered on practical techniques such as spring cultivation variety management, substrate opening timing, and greenhouse temperature and humidity control methods.
