(Agraria.pe) On October 1st of each year, our country celebrates the "Day of Peruvian Cocoa and Chocolate," a date established by Ministerial Resolution No. 0538-2011-AG of the Ministry of Agriculture (Minag), with the objective of promoting the adequate and sustainable production of cocoa in our country, as well as boosting the consumption of Peruvian chocolate.
