The average capture of psyllid in traps distributed across 23 regions of the São Paulo citrus park and the Southwest Triangle of Minas Gerais fell for the second consecutive year, according to data from the Alerta Psyllid platform, from Fundecitrus. The information confirms a trend of reduction after the peak recorded in 2023 and indicates a scenario of lower pest pressure, associated with the continuation of control actions, and less favorable climatic conditions.
