Directly from Pedra Preta (MT), cattle rancher André de Moraes Zucato, from Vila Rica Farm, took to slaughter an F1 Angus x Nelore heifer lot that made the Friboi corral even more beautiful. According to Adauto Vedovelli, manager of the Friboi unit in Pedra Preta, the females were slaughtered within Protocol 1953, which requires a high quality standard. The result was an average of 286 kg per carcass, or 19.1 arrobas, a weight worthy of a meticulously finished ox. Protocol 1953 is recognized for stimulating premium meat production, focusing on young females, well-finished and with superior genetics.
