In Poland, 98.6% of households purchase cheese, with blue cheese seeing an increase in penetration rate by 1 percentage point, attracting almost 140,000 new buyers. Yellow cheeses are purchased on average 31 times a year, while blue cheeses are purchased on average 7.5 times a year. Despite a significant increase in average prices, the volume of yellow cheese purchases increased by 3.8% and the value of purchases increased by almost 29%. Both categories of cheese are seeing rising purchase volumes despite economic conditions.
