In November, chicken egg production increased by 3.5% compared to the previous year, while the number of slaughtered chickens remained the same and chicken meat production increased by 1%, but turkey meat production decreased by 4.3%. Additionally, cow milk collected by commercial dairy enterprises increased by 12.8% compared to the previous year, with cow cheese, buttermilk, yoghurt, and drinking milk production also seeing increases, while butter production decreased by 1.2%. Overall, chicken meat production decreased by 0.9% in November, reaching 202,143 tons, while chicken egg production decreased by 2% to 1,797,226 units and cow milk collection decreased by 1.1% to 810,220 tons.
