Chilean king crab exports have experienced a remarkable surge, with receipts exceeding US$204 million in the first 11 months, marking a 265% increase compared to the previous year. November alone saw a dramatic increase of 1404.6%, totaling US$156 million. China has been the primary market, importing 95.11% of the crab worth US$194 million, while the United States accounted for 2.06% of the exports. Other countries including Indonesia, the United Kingdom, and Japan made up less than 1% of the total exports.
