China and Bulgaria exchange knowledge and experience in the production and processing of roses

In recent years, bilateral trade between China and Bulgaria has continued to grow steadily. In 2024, it reached nearly 4.5 billion US dollars. Chinese exports amounted to 2.8 billion dollars, while imports were 1.2 billion dollars. This was stated by Li Zhongqian, Director of the Yunnan Center for International Economic and Technical Exchange, during the opening of the Seminar on Rose Production, Innovation, and Cosmetics, held in China. The seminar was organized by the China National Center for International Economic and Technical Exchange in partnership with the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Sofia and the Yunnan International Center for Economic and Technical Exchange.
